Responsibilities: Responsible for analyzing, assessing, and advising on data-related solutions and detailed technical approaches based on business requirements (BRD), primarily focused on reporting and analytics for business units.

1. Requirement Intake, Consulting, and Translation (30%)

- Receive, analyze, and consult on data-related requests from business units.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications, including data table design, source mapping, KPI definitions, processing logic, and filtering conditions.

2. Coordination of Data Solution Implementation (25%)

- Work closely with technical teams (Data Engineers, BI Developers, etc.) to design, develop, test, and deploy data solutions such as Data Warehouse, Datamart, dashboards, and reports.

- Communicate with stakeholders, monitor project timelines, and support risk/issue management.

3. Data Testing and Quality Assurance (25%)

- Develop testing scenarios and scripts.

- Conduct data validation and logic/KPI reconciliation to ensure the output aligns with business expectations

4. Training and Data Communication Support (10%)

- Guide relevant departments to correctly understand internal data/reporting systems.

- Promote effective data usage and improve data literacy across the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Economics, Finance , Information Systems, Mathematics , Data Science, or other relevant fields.

Minimum 7 years of experience (Senior Specialist)/ Minimum 5 years (Senior)/Minimum 3 years (Senior Officer)/Minimum 2 year (Officer) in data solution analysis and reporting, preferably in the banking and finance sector.

Strong experience in one or more of the following: Data Warehouse, Datamart, BI systems, or Core Banking platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective teamwork and ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Proficient in SQL.

Preferably experienced with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Solid risk management capabilities.

Strong planning, task management, and progress tracking abilities.
